Meet Amara.
Amara Okafor is a writer, researcher and cultural strategist based in London. Her work follows independent publishers and the people organising their own cultural spaces.
She is the founding editor of Common Ground, a journal about how culture gets made: who does the work, who pays for it, and who makes the decisions.
At OFFSCRIPT, Amara leads conversations about shared spaces and the day-to-day work of keeping a community project running.
